Nikola Estate is one of WA’s oldest and most picturesque wineries set in the gorgeous Swan Valley and known for its unforgettable weddings and events.

We are currently seeking a Functions Manager on a Full-Time basis. If you love hospitality and thrive in creating unforgettable functions and events, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Functions Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional experiences at Nikola Estate. You'll lead a dynamic team, supervise delivery of functions, and ensure seamless execution of events—all while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. You will be working closely with the sales team to ensure that all functions are delivered as per requirements and to create a memorable experience for all. You'll also support the Venue Manager as needed.

What We’re Looking For





- Previous experience in a similar functions/events manager or supervisor role
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in relevant administrative software
- Availability to work weekends and nights
