What You’ll Do

- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments inclients’ homes.
- Develop and implement individualised treatmentplans that promote independence and safety.
- Prescribe and coordinate equipment and homemodifications to enhance daily living.
- Collaborate with families, care partners, and healthprofessionals to achieve the best outcomes.
- Educate clients and carers on strategies to reduce risksand improve quality of life.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapyand current AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated post-graduate experience asan Occupational Therapist, preferably within Community AgedCare (HCP, SAH), with sound knowledge of occupational therapyassessment, intervention, equipment prescription, andclient-centred care practices.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care QualityStandards and Consumer DirectedCare.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and timemanagement skills.




- Current First Aid Certificate,Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle, andNDIS Worker Screening Check.
