At CAM Attachments (a brand of TVH) we design and manufacture bespoke, heavy-duty attachments, custom forklift solutions, and specialised equipment. We are looking for an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to run the floor as our Workshop Leading Hand. This is a true working supervisor role - leading a tight-knit crew and delivering precision-engineered solutions our customers rely on.

The Role: Lead by Example

This is a true working supervisor role. You won't be stuck behind a desk; you'll drive the pace, set the quality benchmark, and fabricate alongside your team.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and direct a skilled crew of boilermakers, welders, and trade assistants.
- Hands-on Fabrication: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to build, fit, and weld custom steel attachments to exact tolerances.
- Workflow Management: Manage daily job allocation, track workflow from raw material to finished product, and ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Quality & Safety Standards: Ensure workshop operations meet stringent Australian safety regulations and TVH quality benchmarks.

What You Bring to the Team

- Trade Qualified: Cert III in Engineering (Boilermaking / Heavy Fabrication or equivalent).
- Technical Skill: Solid experience in heavy/custom steel fabrication and reading engineering drawings.
- Leadership Drive: Proven experience as a leading hand,



or a senior trade professional ready to step up.
- Safety First: A proactive, zero-harm approach to daily workshop operations.
