About the Role:

If you are looking for that next step in your career and want to develop your skills within Swim School Management this is the right step for you. The Pool Deck Coordinator is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with parent enquiries and feedback, student assessments, class delivery, teaching quality and assisting with program management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Swimming & Water Safety Teacher Certificate (mandatory)
- Performed 12 hours per year of recognised workshops and 250 hours of paid swimming and safety teaching or delivered 350 hours of paid swimming and safety teaching.
- Infants and pre-school qualified would be preferred, but not necessary (training available)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Accreditation in First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or willing to obtain)
