In this role, you will be responsible for maintainingaccurate stock levels and records within the distribution centre. This roleensures the right product is in the right place at the right time throughdisciplined cycle counting, effective replenishment, purchasing, and timelyresolution of inventory issues.

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: Warehouse Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Previousexperience in inventory control and warehouse operations
- Knowledgeof stock management processes: cycle counting, replenishment, putaway andtransfers
- Proficientin WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strongattention to detail and accuracy in stock reconciliation
- Effectivecommunicator and team player across warehouse, planning, and procurement

Duties & Responsibilities

- Performregular cycle counts to ensure accuracy between physical stock and systemrecords.
- Investigateand resolve stock variances, damaged stock and discrepancies
- Managereplenishment of pick faces from bulk storage,



ensuring timely andaccurate movement of stock
- Raiseand manage purchase orders with local suppliers for DC stock requirements
- Followup with suppliers on delivery timing and resolve discrepancies on supplierinvoices or deliveries
- Managestock transfers in and out of the DC, ensuring accurate documentation andtimely movement
