Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a well established and growing organisation to recruit a Part Qualified Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business in Stirling, supporting key financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

The successful candidate will join a busy and supportive finance team, gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities and playing an key role in supporting business performance and decision making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Produce financial reports and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight and support.
- Assist in maintaining and improving financial controls and processes.




- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting and drive efficiencies.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Contribute to finance projects and wider business initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as required.

About You

- Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience.
- Previous experience in a management accounting or month-end focused role.
- Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business.
- Strong Excel skills and experience of working with finance systems.
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
