About the Role

We’re hiring a skilled Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team in Canberra and responsible for:

- Preparing and cooking a diverse range of Asian and Western cuisine
- Managing high-volume food production
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and HACCP standards
- Assisting in training and supervising kitchen hands

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need:

- AQF Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Essential cooking skills, and strong commitment to hygiene and food safety
