Casual position's available for female candidates rostered over mornings, afternoons, passive shifts over a 7-day week, in our kingston team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives by providing compassionate, personalised support that allows them to thrive and participate actively in their communities. - Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide support with household duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
- Advocate for clients' needs and preferences, ensuring their rights and choices are respected
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised support plans

What you'll need
to have
- A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability (or equivalent) students welcomed
- A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check
- Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
- Access to a personal mobile phone or device with internet access
