Working under the general direction of a Senior Business Analyst or Program Manager, the successful candidate will investigate, analyse and document business objectives, processes, information and data requirements, and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, sustainability and business outcomes.The role will involve defining and refining business requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria, and applying appropriate business analysis approaches across both predictive and Agile delivery environments. The Business Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, system architects and development teams to support the design and delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
