CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a motivated HSEQ Advisor to join our dynamic team.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to help drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement across our national operations.

This versatile part-time position offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact while maintaining work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting workplace health and safety across sites and projects
- Conducting audits, inspections and risk assessments
- Evaluate, monitor & maintain systems in line with ISO Accreditations
- Investigating incidents and managing corrective actions
- Workers' Compensation and Return to Work
- Maintaining quality, compliance and environmental systems
- Supporting tenders, client pre-qualifications and audits
- Producing HSEQ reports and performance insights

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in HSEQ, WHS or Safety Advisor roles
- Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and influence positive change
