Green Light are currently looking for a Cloud Engineer to join out Project Delivery Team in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.

This will be working on an Application Integration Portfolio of work. Our client has a project focused on uplifting and standardizing development and test environments across all applications and platforms to support integration activities. 18 applications have been identified as requiring Enterprise Platforms (Network Security, Systems, Database, Cloud) engineering support to uplift existing or create additional non-production environment.

Responsibilities

- Strong experience with multi-cloud (Azure and AWS) administration and configuration, for example, private endpoint, function app, storage account, EC2 instances, S3 bucket and load balancing.
- Experience with cloud networking, AWS VCP, Azure VNETs and securing cloud resources with network security groups.
- Experience with Bicep and Terraform IaaC scripting.
- Experience with Azure data bricks, Azure data factory and Azure SQL databases.
- Solid communication skills, being able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical people, such as, other engineers, application owners and project delivery leads.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work independently,



being proactive and showing initiative, drive investigations to find solution and actively seek resolution to issues encountered and escalate blockers.
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation and diagrams .
- Knowledge of security and regulatory frameworks including ISMS, Essential 8, CPS 234 and CPS 230.
- Candidates will be subject to police clearance and background checks as appropriate for working within a financial institution.
- 3-4 month initial contract. Highly likely to extend.
- Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane base location, hybrid role.
