A leading higher education institution is seeking an immediately available Customer Support Officer to provide professional, timely assistance across phone, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage inquiries, basic technical troubleshooting, and general administrative requests.




- Maintain accurate records and ensure databases are kept up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key Requirements:

- Availability: Immediately available to start and committed through at least December 18th.
- Experience: Prior background in customer service, call centre, or administrative support (high-volume environment preferred).
- Skills: Clear verbal/written communication and strong organizational ability with close attention to detail.
- Compliance: Valid Australian work rights and willingness to undergo a standard National Police Check.
