We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic and highly personable Account Manager to join our Queensland team. Please note: This is a Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract with the potential for extension. What's Involved?
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers and industry partners.
- Supporting apprentices and trainees throughout their training journey.
- Promoting Axial Training's fantastic workplace-based training model.
- Identifying new business opportunities throughout Central Queensland.
- Travelling across Mackay and surrounding areas. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for a genuine people person who can talk to anyone, anywhere, anytime Ideally, you'll have experience in the Registered Training Organisation (RTO),



vocational education, apprenticeship support or related industries, with a sound understanding of apprenticeships, traineeships and employer engagement. Most importantly, you'll be someone who:
- Loves meeting people and building lasting relationships.
- Is a natural communicator who can engage confidently with anyone.
- Has a passion for delivering a excellent message and promoting services they genuinely believe in.
- Is motivated, organised and comfortable working independently.
