PRP Diagnostic Imaging in Newcastle is seeking a proactive Practice Receptionist to join our expanding network. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, bookings and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality. In this role you will support clinical teams, manage billing and invoicing, coordinate referrals and operate our booking system across multiple sites within the Newcastle Metro region. A commitment to excellent customer service is essential.
