Cycle Counter & Warehouse Operator

OZ Design is looking for an accurate, organised and motivated person to join our Truganina warehouse team.

Reporting to the warehouse leadership team, you’ll keep stock records accurate and support daily warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Completing stock counts and investigating inventory discrepancies
- Updating inventory records using RF scanners and iPads
- Processing stock returns and checking deliveries against purchase orders
- Receiving freight, picking orders and putting stock away
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Assisting with general warehouse duties, including using hand and power tools

About you

You're self-motivated, have strong attention to detail and can manage changing priorities. You enjoy hands-on work and can safely perform the role's physical duties, including heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.

Selection Criteria

- Must be able to work from Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Analytical mindset
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Professionalism
- Communicate effectively and confidently, both written and verbal
- Have robust attention to detail and have a hands-on approach to duties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this position

A current Victorian LO licence would be beneficial but not required. Training will be organised for the right candidate.
