You're an experienced graphic designer/Bid Coordinator who enjoys the variety and challenge of putting together winning submissions, working to deadlines and being part of a team that knows what they're doing.

Maybe you're coming to the end of a contract, looking for something new in January or simply want to lock in your next role before Christmas.

Whatever your situation, this is a great chance to join a well-established construction company with a genuinely lovely team.

You'll be joining a bids and marketing team of 5 who work closely together, enjoy what they do and have all the right systems and processes in place.

Your boss is approachable, supportive and values your opinion. You'll have the freedom to use your experience, suggest improvements and make decisions without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.

The bids are varied, covering aged care, commercial, healthcare and education projects, so you won't be producing the same submissions week after week.

And while this is initially a 12-month contract covering most of 2027, there is the possibility of staying on beyond December if things work out.

The salary is $100k–$130k + super, depending on your experience, and you'll also enjoy the same staff perks as the permanent team.

The office is close to a train station, with free parking if you prefer to drive, and you'll receive $300 a year towards your health and fitness hobbies.

Interviews are taking place in November, with a planned start in the second half of January 2027.

This sounds perfect, but what do you expect from me?

Just 4 main things we're looking for:

- You've previously worked as a Bid Coordinator or Submissions Coordinator, ideally within construction or a related industry.
- You're confident using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- You enjoy working to deadlines, can juggle multiple submissions and know how to prioritise your workload.
- You're available to start in January 2027 and can work in the office from 8.30am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a well-established Sydney construction company that's been operating for around 35 years, with approximately 120 staff and a strong reputation across aged care, commercial, health and education projects.

Staff retention is exceptionally high, with around 90% of employees staying year on year.

It's a friendly, diverse office where people genuinely enjoy working together, from apprentices just starting their careers through to directors who've been in the industry for decades.

The business has a great team in place, and they're looking for someone who can come in, settle in quickly and become a valued part of it.
