Evaluate sales performance and adjust product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to optimise revenue. Oversee financial transactions, including daily sales reconciliation, reporting, and cash handling procedures. Manage operational budgets by controlling expenses, reducing wastage, and improving overall cost efficiency. Lead and support staff members by allocating duties, supervising performance, and fostering a productive work workplace. Participate in recruitment processes, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations,



workplace health and safety standards, and internal company policies. Liaise with suppliers to coordinate orders, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Address customer feedback and resolve service issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Analyse operational data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Continuously refine processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
