- Attentive, friendly and enthusiastic customer service
- Delegation and motivation of staff, cultivating a positive work culture which allows each staff member to fulfil their potential
- Shop set up, including baking, cooking and attention to detail.
- Coffee service, maintaining and cleanliness of coffee machine
- Stock and cash handling, stock levels and full awareness of what is required within the store
