About the role

A fantastic prospect exists for a motivated, friendly, and well-presented Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join our medico-legal firm located in the CBD. This role reports directly to the Finance Manager and provides support to the finance and administrative functions across two companies within the group. While both businesses share similarities, each also operates in its own unique way,



offering the successful candidate the opportunity to gain broad exposure, develop valuable skills, and build strong experience within a qualified services environment.

About you

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. A professional and friendly phone manner is essential, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. No formal experience is required. On the job training is provided.
