AustCorp Executive is currently recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing & Warehouse Supervisor to join an established industrial manufacturing business based in Adelaide.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a background in mechanical assembly, rotating equipment or fluid handling systems to oversee both manufacturing and warehouse operations.

We're looking for someone who understands what it takes to run a busy manufacturing environment, enjoys developing people and can drive improvements across safety, productivity and operational costs.

What will you do?

- Oversee day‑to‑day manufacturing, assembly and warehouse operations, with responsibilities split approximately 50/50 across both functions.
- Lead, manage and develop a team of production operators and warehouse personnel.
- Ensure all operations are carried out safely and in accordance with WHS policies and procedures.
- Coordinate production schedules,



labour allocation and workflow to meet operational targets.
- Monitor productivity, labour costs and operational expenditure, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inbound and outbound activities, stock accuracy and material availability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and overall performance.
- Implement and maintain Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
- Support employee training, performance management and workforce development.
- Maintain a hands‑on approach, providing practical support to the team when required.

What will you need?

- Proven supervisory or management experience within industrial manufacturing is essential.
- A hands‑on technical background with experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
- Strong knowledge of WHS procedures, operational costs and productivity management.
- Experience leading production teams and driving continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems, Lean manufacturing and warehouse processes.
- An engineering degree is preferred; however, candidates with a relevant trade qualification and strong industry experience will also be considered.

Experience within the pump industry would be highly regarded, although candidates from industrial machinery, mechanical or electrical equipment manufacturing will also be considered.
