We're on the hunt for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our wonderful team at Joyner Family Dental!

We're looking for someone who knows the dental world inside out, loves a good challenge and can bring positive energy, solid leadership and a little bit of fun to the workplace!

What we're looking for

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the dental industry
- Previous management experience is essential
- A confident leader who can motivate, guide and support a team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, systems and procedures
- Someone who can multitask, problem-solve and keep things running smoothly
- A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for patient care
- Someone who takes initiative, leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves!

What you'll be doing:





You'll be the person helping keep everything ticking along! From supporting our fantastic team and overseeing daily operations to maintaining high standards of patient care, managing rosters, driving practice performance and ensuring our clinic runs efficiently.
