About you

To be successful in the role, you will need:

- Excellent communication, organisational and active listening and de-escalation skills.
- The ability to assist staff to safely de-escalate high stress situations where client’s condition or illness compromises their ability to behave in a rational and reasonable manner.




- The ability to ensure that all clients, their families, visitors, and colleagues are treated with respect and dignity.
- The ability ensure your service provided to consumers is free from discrimination.

Job requirements

- An original National Police Record Check completed within the last twelve (12) months prior to commencement.
- An employee Working with Children Check.
- Relevant professional registrations.
- Complete a Pre-existing injury declaration form.
- Undergo any other relevant checks, education or licencing as directed at own cost.
