About the role

As an Apprentice Cook, you will work alongside our experienced kitchen team while developing the practical skills and knowledge required to build a career as a qualified cook.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the preparation, cooking and presentation of meals.




- Learning a range of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

- Assisting with stock rotation, storage and general kitchen duties.

- Following recipes, instructions and established kitchen procedures.

- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver quality meals and service.

- Is enthusiastic, reliable and willing to learn.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and robust work ethic.

- Is committed to completing an apprenticeship and developing their skills.

Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from school leavers and candidates looking to commence a career in commercial cookery.
