Carey is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Finance, Strategy and Integration, bringing order to governance, strategy and integration work across our multi-entity group. You will prepare papers, manage calendars, track actions, and ensure timely decisions with discretion and confidentiality.
You’ll work with the four direct reports, prepare minutes, registers, templates, and reports for boards and committees, and learn the board portal.
