Data Centres | Sydney | 3-Month Contract (potential extension to 6 months)

An opportunity to join a growing PMO function within one of Asia-Pacific and the Middle East's largest hyperscale data centre platforms.

Working closely with the Senior Manager, PMO, you will support project governance, portfolio reporting and process improvement initiatives across a diverse project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and improvement of project governance frameworks, processes and templates.

Identify opportunities to improve project delivery practices and PMO processes.

Assist with process mapping, workshops and stakeholder engagement.

Prepare and consolidate project and portfolio reporting for senior stakeholders.

Validate project data and improve the accuracy and consistency of reporting.

About You

You will ideally have:

3–5 years' experience in a PMO,



project management, project controls or business improvement role.

Experience with project reporting, dashboards and governance processes.

Solid analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders.

The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and take initiative.
