Providential Homes is a faith-based not-for-profit community housing provider in Sydney. We seek a skilled Casework Support Worker to join on part time (25 hours) or full-time (38 hours) per week.
The role supports guests in our crisis accommodations and accompanies them to access services across the South West/South East region. You will determine pathways, connect guests with services, complete forms, liaise with Homes NSW, and maintain documentation with government agencies.
