The Role: Mechanic
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Mechanic to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone with a mechanical or electrical background who enjoys hands‑on work, problem solving and working with machinery.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage sales and customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices
- Deliver a high level of customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to daily sales and operational activities
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Director and wider team to support business outcomes
What we're looking for:
- Background in mechanics or electrical work
- Experience with pumps or combustion motors in an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Practical, hands‑on approach with positive problem solving skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
