About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enabling clients to remain independent and connected to their community.

No two days are the same. You will provide personalised support tailored to each client's goals and needs, including:

- Personal care assistance
- Domestic support and household tasks
- Social support and community access
- Shopping and transportation assistance
- Supporting client wellbeing and independence
- Contributing to care planning and ongoing support reviews

You'll join a caring and professional team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services.

About You





We're looking for people who genuinely care about others and share our commitment to delivering exceptional support.

To be successful, you will have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services or a related qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current NSW Driver Licence
- Reliable and registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks
- Experience supporting older people, people with disability, or other vulnerable members of the community
- Strong communication and customer service skills
