Your Role

Make a meaningful impact, being the first point of call for our loyal clients and loved patients.

- Answer incoming calls and welcome clients and patients providing friendly and professional service;
- Provide general administration support across the Practice;
- Coordinate veterinary team appointments and other scheduling activities;
- Support the veterinary team with a variety of day-to-day tasks to keep the Practice running smoothly.

About You

A friendly, caring and dependable individual, you will be motivated by providing an exceptional level of service to everyone you interact with.





Previous success in a receptionist or customer service position will be highly regarded:

- Strong organisation and time management skills, able to multi-task;
- Excellent communication skills, enjoying interacting with others and able to adapt your communication style to your audience and the situation;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative;
- A reliable dedicated approach, taking pride in your work and always looking to support your team.

Experience in a Veterinary setting highly regarded but not essential.
