Randstad is seeking friendly, reliable people for a temporary inbound customer service role. No previous call centre or customer service experience is required! Clear communication, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter.

About the opportunity

- Start ASAP

- Initial four-week assignment, with potential to extend.

- Inbound customer service, handling approximately 40 calls per day.

What you’ll be doing

- Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer enquiries.

- Providing clear, friendly and skilled service.

- Accurately recording customer information.

What we’re looking for

- Clear, confident verbal and written communication.





- A friendly manner and willingness to learn.

- Reliability and commitment to the full assignment.

You must be available for the entire initial four-week assignment, with no planned time off during this period.
