We're looking for friendly, reliable Casual/Part-time team members to join us as we launch our recent food and beverage offering at Swing City Canberra. You'll be the face of our venue, serving customers in a multifaceted venue. Swing City boasts a large bistro/cafe, 2 bars, large events space, over 60 interactive driving range bays, 18-hole pitch & putt, mini golf, tables tennis, pool tables, as well as a large arcade and games area.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, energetic and efficient customer service at the counter, bar, and tables.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, beers, wine and cocktails.
- Assist with running food and beverages out to guests.
- Responsibly serve alcohol in line with RSA requirements.
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.

About You





- Current RSA certification
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
- A friendly, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- A team player who thrives in a busy environment.
- Well-presented and energetic.
- An interest in games, golf or recreation is a bonus, not essential.
