About the Opportunity

As an Environmental Service Worker with Churches of Christ Little Mountain Aged Care, you'll play an important role in supporting the comfort, wellbeing and daily experience of our residents.

In this varied role, you will assist across catering, cleaning and laundry services, helping to maintain a safe, welcoming and homelike environment for older Australians.

What you'll be responsible for

- Assist with meal preparation while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Serve meals, including setting up and cleaning dining rooms and meal trolleys.
- Complete laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding and distributing linen and resident clothing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility’s residential areas.

About you

You are a reliable, hardworking, and caring individual who enjoys contributing to a positive environment for older people. You take pride in delivering high standards of service and are committed to supporting the wellbeing and comfort of residents.

You'll ideally bring:

- Certificate II in Cookery or a relevant qualification (desirable).

Previous experience working in a kitchen, hospitality, cleaning or laundry environment.

- Current National Police check (or the ability to acquire).
- Full working rights in Australia (we are unable to sponsor at this time).
