Key responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to GPs, patients, and visitors Manage patient appointments, scheduling and payments Maintain patient confidentiality at all times Support smooth operation of the practice About you Previous administration experience is a desired (experience in a medical practice is an advantage) Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment Computer savvy (experience with Best Practice is a plus) Patient, empathetic, and considerate approach with patients and team members Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Availability for weekday shifts and Saturday mornings A supportive, friendly, and dynamic work environment Chance to be a key part of a compassionate healthcare team
