The Salvation Army (SA) Property Trust atf Social Work in Shepparton, VIC, is seeking a Part-time Case Manager to support people experiencing homelessness. You will deliver person-centred case management, outreach, referrals and housing pathways in a community setting. Reporting to the Team Leader, the role is in office, 30.4 hours per week, with SCHADS Award Level 5 pay. A tertiary degree or diploma in Social Work or related field and a valid Working with Children Check are required.
