The Role

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee all aspects of the property management lifecycle, including leasing, rent reviews, arrears and maintenance
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and tradespeople
- Conduct routine inspections and manage lease renewals
- Handle landlord and tenant enquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
- Work collaboratively with the wider property management team

What You Bring

- Proven experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager within residential real estate (essential)
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Robust knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and time management
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
