DigitPro has an exciting new opportunity for an independent and target-driven Sales Manager (NSW) to join our fast-growing Accounting & Bookkeeping business. We are a team of talented professionals who are passionate about the industry and always looking for constant improvement. As a business, we love technology and automation. We keep up to date with all the latest apps to ensure that we will always give the best and up-to-date advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive current business development and revenue growth across Sydney and NSW, targeting SMEs requiring bookkeeping, payroll, BAS and financial reporting services.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities through prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including client discovery, proposals, negotiations and closing.
- Develop and maintain referral channels and strategic partnerships with accountants, business advisers and other professional networks.




- Represent DigitPro at industry events and networking activities to strengthen market presence and generate business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, monitor performance against revenue targets and ensure a smooth handover of new clients to the delivery team.

Requirement

- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Experience selling professional services or business solutions to SMEs.
- Strong networking, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Knowledge of the Sydney and NSW business landscape, with the ability to establish and grow professional networks.
- Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's license
- Familiarity with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, BAS or GST would be an advantage.
