Hospo AI is building an AI-native operating system for hospitality. We seek a Founding Full-Stack Engineer (AI & Product) to own the technical stack—from architecture and infrastructure to the customer-facing UI. This role blends engineering with product input and will involve backend APIs, UI refinement, and partner integrations.
The position starts part time with equity and transitions to a salaried executive role after our capital raise, with flexible hybrid working across Greater Sydney.
