McRae Motors in Wodonga is seeking a Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer to join our busy service team. You will be the main contact for customer enquiries, greet customers in person and by phone, and manage service paperwork with accuracy.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the role requires robust communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday from 7:30 am, with an emphasis on excellent customer experience.
