Castle Hill Swimming is seeking a Development Coach to join CHRG Sports & Wellness - Swimming. You will deliver junior squad coaching sessions, support development, and create a positive, secure learning environment.
You will work closely with the Head Coach and Centre Manager to foster swimmers' growth, confidence, and love for the sport while maintaining high safety and service standards. Essential qualifications include Foundation Coaching Licence, CPR, and Working With Children Check.
