About the Role

As a Pharmacist, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality pharmacy services, providing professional healthcare advice and ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines. You will work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care and support the health and wellbeing of the local community.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with legislative and professional requirements.
- Provide professional medication advice, counselling and healthcare recommendations to patients.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy legislation, skilled standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct medication reviews and promote the quality use of medicines.
- Deliver skilled pharmacy services, including vaccinations, health checks and other clinical programs, where appropriately trained and authorised.
- Identify and manage potential medication interactions, contraindications and other medication-related concerns.




- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate dispensing records and patient documentation.
- Assist with dispensary workflow and stock management.
- Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive team environment.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients and customers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
- Previous community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
