Our Client, a mid sized commercial services business, based in the northern suburbs, is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer.

The role offers WFH flexibility.

The Senior Accounts Receivable Officer reports into the Chief Financial Officer. The role has responsibility for an Accounts Receivable Officer. The role will suit a person who enjoys responsibility, learning and some challenge. Most of the company’s work is run as projects. Hence, there are a lot of costs around time and materials that need to be captured, from the design team through to manufacture and onsite installation and construction.

The role is end-to-end credit management, from invoice issuance to cash receipt. The role entails hands-on billing and collections.



You will work through billing issues with clients, escalating them to the Chief Financial Officer as appropriate. In addition to hands-on credit management, you will lead and develop an Accounts Receivable Officer.

There is the chance to be involved in further project work, such as an ERP implementation, process and control.

As afore mentioned, the role will suit a person who enjoys thinking and would be otherwise bored by a ‘straight forward processing’ role. You may have managed staff, or be looking to step up into your first staff management leadership role.
