This is a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable skills in customer service, concierge support, administration and banking operations while earning a weekly wage and continuing your school studies.

? About the Role

As a School Based Business Administration Trainee, you'll gain practical experience supporting customers and the day-to-day operations of an ANZ branch. You'll have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in:

? Welcoming customers and providing friendly concierge support

? Assisting with customer enquiries and directing customers to the appropriate services

? Supporting day-to-day branch and banking operations

? Learning about cash handling and teller services

? Using business technology and banking systems

? Completing administrative tasks and data entry

? Understanding privacy, compliance and workplace procedures

? Working alongside experienced ANZ team members

? Completing your Certificate III in Business through structured training
