About The Role The company is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to build, deploy, and improve AI systems that enhance customer experiences and support mission-critical operations. In this hands-on position, you will help turn complex processes into practical, production-ready AI workflows. You will work closely with engineering colleagues, domain experts, users, and company leaders to understand operational needs and deliver solutions that can be used reliably at scale.

This role is suited to an engineer who enjoys moving from problem definition to implementation and deployment. You will have the opportunity to ship quickly, learn directly from users, and contribute to technical and product decisions as the organization grows. The environment is fast-paced and may involve evolving requirements, so thoughtful prioritization, clear communication, and comfort with ambiguity are important.

Qualifications

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research,



along with a record of delivering AI or machine learning projects from concept through production. You should be able to apply technical expertise to practical problems and understand the considerations involved in deploying and maintaining machine learning solutions in real-world settings.

Strong product instincts and a bias toward delivering useful work are important. You should be comfortable collaborating with non-technical users, listening to their needs, and explaining technical concepts in clear, accessible language. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and able to make progress in a startup environment where priorities and solutions may evolve. Interest in contributing to a demanding, high-performance team culture is also essential.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI systems that improve operational accuracy, speed, and decision-making. Translate complex business and operational processes into AI-driven workflows that are useful, understandable, and fit for customer needs. Develop, test, deploy, and refine machine learning solutions for production use, with attention to reliability, performance, and scalability.





Partner with domain experts and users to identify challenges, clarify requirements, and evaluate how well solutions perform in practice. Work with founders and engineering colleagues to shape product direction and make sound technical decisions. Gather feedback, investigate issues, and iterate on systems as customer needs and operating conditions change.

Contribute to engineering practices and team culture as the organization expands, sharing knowledge and supporting a collaborative approach to building high-quality software.
