The Engine Room of Fun: Join our Warehouse Team! (Monday to Friday Only)

Love retail logistics but want a strict Monday to Friday schedule with zero weekends and zero public holidays? We are looking for an organised, energetic Full time Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations.

You will ensure that inventory is handled accurately, orders are fulfilled safely and efficiently on time, and our stock levels are spot‑on. Customer success is supported indirectly through your speed, precision, and focus on minimising stock errors or damage.

What you’ll do:

Inventory Control:

Receive deliveries (pallets, containers), check quantities for product accuracy, and accurately pick and pack orders according to company guidelines and courier requirements.

Systems & Administration:

Label stock correctly, assign accurate barcodes, and record stock movements, price/stock adjustments, and returns in warehouse systems. Provide barcodes and SOH/sales reports as needed.

Stock Integrity:

Assist with stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), cycle counts, and stocktakes. Identify and report damaged or missing stock to the Warehouse Manager.

Safety & WHS/OHS:

Maintain clean, hazard‑free, and accessible storage areas. Apply protected manual handling techniques and safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks (only when licenced, trained, and authorised).

What you bring:

The Muscle & Mindset:

Physical fitness for handling stock, an exceptional work ethic, and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.

Organised Streak:

Experience in warehousing, stock control, and warehouse inventory systems is a massive plus.
