Civil Labourer
Tracks Integrated Services

- Ongoing labour hire role, starting ASAP
- CW2 Level 1 rates
- Caboolture QLD

About the role
You’ll do general site duties and help the crew wherever you’re needed, from site prep and trenching through to drainage, kerbing and clean‑up.
This role suits someone with civil construction experience who likes hands‑on work and turns up every day ready to go.
What you’ll be doing

- General civil construction and site preparation work
- Manual labour, including digging, shovelling, raking, lifting and moving materials
- Helping with excavation, trenching and backfilling
- Helping with drainage, pipe laying and stormwater works
- Roadworks, kerbing, concreting and footpath preparation
- Compaction and ground preparation
- Supporting plant operators and tradespeople, including spotting for machinery where you’re trained and authorised
- Installing and removing temporary fencing, barriers and signage
- Loading, unloading and distributing materials and equipment
- Using hand tools and small power tools safely
- Keeping the site clean and tidy, and removing waste
- Following site safety procedures, SWMS and supervisor instructions,



wearing the right PPE and reporting hazards

About you

- White Card
- Previous civil labouring experience
- Physically fit and happy with hands‑on work
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Reliable and available to start ASAP
- A team player who works well with supervisors, operators and the rest of the crew

Hours and days
Days are about 10 hours long. You’ll start around 6:30am and usually finish between 4:30pm and 5:00pm.

- Workplace Behaviour and Conduct Toolbox
