The Bureau of Meteorology's National Observing Operations team seeks an enthusiastic, suitably qualified person for a six-month posting at Norfolk Island. The role covers Upper Air, Surface and Aviation observations, instrument maintenance and data quality monitoring. Accommodation is provided on Norfolk Island. Travel to Melbourne or other sites may be required for training before departure. The position is unaccompanied and requires flexibility and commitment to field operations.
