3rd & 4th Year Apprentice Air Conditioning Technician – Residential Ducted | Above Award + Car for 4th Years

Smarter Air & Electrical is one of Brisbane’s fastest-growing and most reputable aircon companies. We’re looking for a full-time 3rd or 4th year apprentice with hands-on residential ducted experience who takes pride in their work and is ready to step up.

Based in Loganholme, we deliver high-quality air conditioning installations and services across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and Ipswich. About the role

You’re already past the basics, so we’ll give you more responsibility and trust on site. Your regular tasks will include:

- Residential ducted installations (new and existing homes)




- Split system installations
- Assisting with servicing and breakdowns
- Site inspections
- Travelling to jobs across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and Ipswich

What we’re looking for

- 3rd or 4th year apprentice with practical residential ducted installation experience
- Able to work well in a team, and confident working autonomously when required
- Strong problem-solving skills and good time management
- Highly organised, with a real pride in the quality of your work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working in hot and uncomfortable conditions, such as inside roof spaces
- Your own basic hand tools and cordless impact drill

Mandatory requirements

- Blue/White Card
- Current manual driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle to get to and from work and jobs (a company car may be available for 4th years, as above)
