The successful candidate will be mentored and supported by our experienced Centre Director and Educational Leader, providing opportunities to develop their leadership skills, build confidence and grow within the role while contributing to the ongoing success of our service.

About the Role

This is a unique leadership position that combines dedicated off-the-floor leadership responsibilities with time working alongside educators in ratio. We believe the best leaders remain connected to children, families and their teams while also having the time to coach, mentor and lead continuous improvement.

You'll work closely with our Director and Educational Leader to:

- Inspire, mentor and support educators to achieve best practice.
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture.




- Support the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Foster meaningful relationships with children and families.
- Champion quality practices and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example through collaboration, reflection and coaching.

Our Director and Assistant Director intentionally work opposite ends of the day to provide consistent leadership support for our educators, children and families.
