ROLE DESCRIPTION The Associate Minister will be a warm, personable,



and energetic leader who is passionate about seeing men and women know Jesus and make Jesus known. They will be an experienced minister, of outstanding character, with strengths in leadership development and evangelistic endeavour. Under the guidance of the Lead Pastor they will help lead the congregation, with upfront visibility on Sunday and midweek gatherings, and be entrusted with oversight and management of specific ministry areas.

The Associate Minister will be part of the City on a Hill Brisbane staff team, reporting to the Lead Pastor. This is a paid, full time position, with flexible work conditions available, and is open to men and women.
