NEPEAN Belting is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team in the Moranbah region.

About the role

You will be responsible for carrying out conveyor belt installation, maintenance, repairs and shutdown works across underground mining operations. Experience working in outbye areas and on conveyor systems is highly regarded.

Requirements

- Previous underground coal mining experience (white hat) this is not an entry level role
- Belting experience preferred
- Current Standard 11
- Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
